Operations Manager – Odita Energy

Odita Energy is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. The suitable candidate should have the below traits:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• develop, motivate and lead Operations teams
• cascade organizational targets, goals and objectives to the team and ensure that they are implemented
• Coordinate and manage functions of the organization
• Liaise with Managing Director in developing systems and processes for the organization
• Manage all stakeholders across the business; employees, clients and suppliers
• Manage all contracts
• Coordinate performance reviews of all supervised employees
• Submit client and operations reports to Managing Director
• Coordinate meetings with Managing Director to discuss critical issues of the business
• Liaise with Managing Director on the managing talent within the organization

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or related field
• Qualification in Contracts Management is an added advantage
• five (5) years experience in a Management position
