EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION – MANAGEMENT OF MASCOM RETAIL SHOPS: EOI 001/2021

TENDER: MANAGEMENT OF MASCOM RETAIL SHOPS: EOI 001/2021

Locally based companies with demonstrable experience in management of retail shops are invited to submit their profiles for shortlisting for consideration for Management of Mascom Retail Shops. The service is required for Mascom Shops located in the following areas: Mahalapye, Serowe, Nata and Gaborone.

PARTICIPATING COMPANIES

Interested companies must have a reliable track record of 5 years in both sales and customer service. The Proposal must be accompanied by the following:

1. Company Profile
2. Certified Copy of a valid trading license, copy of valid tax-clearance certificate and Certificate of incorporation (Preference will be given to companies that are registered in areas where selected Mascom shops are located).
3. Certified, valid copies of IDs for Directors and shareholders.
4. Certified copies of Share Certificates.
5. At least 3 Reference letters from past and current, big, reputable clients in the last 5 years in relation to provision of management of retail shops. Reference letters should include; name of organization, value of project, project duration and contacts details.
6. Audited Financial Statements for the past 3 years and letter from the bonk ascertaining to operational status of the business account.
7. CVs and certified academic certificates of relevant key personnel.
8. Demonstration of understanding of Management of Retail shops.
9. Environmen tai Management aspects.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) for prequalification is only meant for companies based in Botswana.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work and detailed specifications will be communicated to the shortlisted bidders only. The successful bidder will enter into a binding contract for a certain period of time which will be agreed by both parties.
