THE LION PARK RESORT IS SEARCHING FOR A TECHNICAL PARTNER

Background

LP Amusement Centre (“LP”) is a Family Entertainment Centre established in 2006 under Botswana laws. LP is a subsidiary of Botswana Development Corporation (“BDC”).The Company has been operational since December 2008. Its core business is a Family Entertainment Centre, comprising a water park, an amusement park and conference & function facilities.

LP is desirous of entering into a partnership with a technical partner (The Partner). It is expected that The Partner should develop and operate a new Family Entertainment Centre (on an already identified site in Gaborone, Block five. Alternatively,The Partner could motivate to improve and continue operations at the Company’s current location.

Desired Outcome of this EOI process

The evaluation of submitted expression of interest documents should result in the shortlisting of potential technical partners. LP will invite these selected partners for submission of a detailed technical and financial proposal for The Project. LP will make available a detailed information brochure regarding the current status of LP to the shortlisted technical partners.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the preceding or the invitation for expression of interest documents, LP Amusement Centre(Pty) Ltd is not bound to accept any submission. The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the invitation to submit an expression of interest or give reasons for its decision. LP Amusement Centre(Pty) Ltd shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Proposers in the preparation of their submissions.
