Accounts Clerk – Ekori Lodge (Pty) Ltd

Ekori Lodge is looking for a skilled Accounts Clerk to perform a variety of accounting and financial tasks.

Requirements

• AAT,
• must have worked in the hospitality industry before and have experience in using pastel or QuickBooks
• The prefered candidate must have at least 1 year of clerical experience in general Accounting with a good foundational knowledge of debits and credits
• Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize workload
• Adherence to principles and values of the company and accounting standards

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Control daily cashflow report and review of night audit report
• Assisting month-end close processes as needed
• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
• Filling of invoices and payments receipts, follow up on outstanding invoices for the payments
