ACCOUNTANT – Pharma Vision

ACCOUNTANT

Pharma Vision is a healthcare company is looking to hire an Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and the reporting of financial information for an organisation.

Duties and responsibilities include the following

• Document financial transactions by timely processing and updating accounting systems
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Review Trial Balance
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data and detailed analysis thereof
• Responsible for the review and audit of expense report transactions according to policy
• Perform variance analysis
• Safeguard of financial documentation and confidentiality of financial data
• Processing of payroll
• Participate in the company budget process
• Timely submission of tax returns
• Update monthly forecasts, identify key variances to management and all complete monthly financial reports

• Ability to diligently attend to details and pursue quality when accomplishing tasks
• Must be analytical with the ability grasp issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems
• Accountable and reliable to ensure high quality and timeliness of work
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within a culturally diverse workforce
• Must be able to create an atmosphere in which timely and high-quality information flows smoothly between self and others
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts or Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an Accountant or worked as an audit senior in a reputable auditing firm
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Sage
