Excavator Operator (x12 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 JC or equivalent

– Class B Valid Botswana Driving License

– Valid Special Type License (H)

– Certificate of Competency as an Excavator operator

– 4 years’ experience in an open pit mining environment.

– Commitment to Zero harm

– Experience on the following equipment will be an added advantage: Liebherr 9200, Liebher 984, Komatsu PC1250, Kobelco/SK850 and Hyundai R520LC

Rigid Dump Truck Operator (x22 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 (JC) or equivalent

– Class B Botswana Driving License

– Special Type License (H)

– Certificate of Competency as a Dump truck Operator

– 4 years’ experience in a mining environment

– Commitment to Zero harm

– Experience on the following equipment will be an added advantage:

Komatsu 785 & Bell 40T ADT

Front End Loader (x4 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 (JC) or equivalent

– Botswana Driving License

– Special Type Driving License

– Certificate of Competency as a Front-End Loader Operator

– 2 years’ experience in mining environment

– Commitment to Zero harm

– Experience on the following equipment will be an added advantage: WA 800

Grader Operator (x4 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 (JC) or equivalent

– Class B Botswana Driving License

– Special Type Driving License

– Certificate of Competency as a Grader Operator

– 5 years’ experience in a mining environment

– Commitment to Zero harm

– Experience on the following equipment will be an added advantage: Bell 670 and Bell 770

Drill Rig Operator (x4 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 (JC) or equivalent

– Experience on EPIROC DM30 and or Sandvik DI550 Drill Rigs

– Class B Botswana valid driving license.

– 4 years minimum experience in an open pit mining environment

– Certificate of Competency as a drill rig operator

Articulated Dump Truck Operator (x10 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 (JC) or equivalent

– Class B Botswana Driving License

– Special Type License (H)

– Certificate of Competency as an ADT Operator

– 4 years’ experience in a mining environment

– Commitment to Zero harm

– Experience on the following equipment will be an added advantage: Bell 40T and 20T ADT

Track Dozer Operator  (x4 positions)

Minimum Requirements

– Form 3 (JC) or equivalent

– Class B Valid Botswana Driving License

– Competency Certificate as a Track Dozer operator

– 4 years’ experience in a mining environment

– Commitment to Zero harm

– Experience on the following equipment will be an added advantage: Komatsu D375 and D475 and Cat D10T
