Media Monitoring Analyst – Social Light

Job Responsibilities;

• Monitors all clients’ social media pages as well as engage with social media users and respond to any mentions, comments, inboxes etc.
• Assists on producing monthly/weekly/daily analysis reports for our client’s monitoring performance.
• Keeps up to date with any social media trends or mentions of our client’s brands.
• Assists with social media performance reports
• Assist with sales and upselling clients.

Key Skills/Experience;

• Level Entry job (Candidate should have a qualification in Media Studies or similar and or have graduated with GPA of 4.0 and above or any digital marketing and analysis background)
• The candidate should have a passion for all things digital and have a skill to pay attention to detail
• Good reading, written skills and spoken language skills
• Strong team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A driver’s license will be an added advantage
