Online Store Manager – Agora

We are looking for a reliable Online Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Stock management and record keeping
• Taking orders from the online platform and the phone
• Advertising and marketing of items for sale
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to delivery

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: BGCSE.

• Valid driver’s license is a necessity.
• Clean driving record.
• Driving experience is required.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to do record management of sales and stock at hand.
• Advertising on social media and other marketing platforms
• Procurement of stock and engaging with suppliers
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office (word, excel spreadsheet) and email
• Competent in use of social media and other platforms for marketing
• Passionate about fashion
