HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To provide support in the various Human Resources functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling and relations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
• Membership of a professional body.
