Cresta Marakanelo Limited, operates in 2 countries, Botswana and Zambia with the Head Office in Gaborone Botswana. The Group currently manages 12 hotels.

FOOD & BEVERAGES MANAGER – CRESTA MOWANA SAFARI RESORT & SPA

Scope of the Job:

• To oversee the management of the hotel’s food and beverage department, ensuring that the department is well coordinated while maintaining profitable targets and high-quality products and services.

The Candidate should have

• A National Diploma or Degree in Hotel and Catering Operations or equivalent with five or more years’ experience in a similar or more senior position in a four-to-five-star property.
• Strong background m Food and Beverage stock controls and ability to consstently deliver budgeted Food and beverage gross profit margins.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to tram, mentor and develop the Restaurant brigade to an International standard.
• Sound working knowledge of Wines and Beverages with the abil ity to comp< le respective Wine offerings for the various target markets.
• A track record in multiple large establishments where superior service and attention to detail has been demonstrated.
• Hands on management style.
• Creating a dining experience that raises the hotel’s value creation for the guest.
• Expenence with systems and controls and the ability to ensure that processes are adhered to.
• Commitment to work m the current COVID 19 environment which is fluid and requires instant adjustment and flexibility.
• International or regional experience would be an added advantage.
