Applications are invited for the following positions:

Country Manager – Botswana

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all Consolidated Contractors Company operations in Botswana.
• Company signatory in all correspondences, either at Government or corporate level.
• Ensure fair and appropriate participation of the company in tendering processes in Botswana.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• ERB Certificate
• At least 15 years’ experience in mechanical engineering with wide and deep knowledge in management and project coordination of turn-key projects.

The applicant should have knowledge in the following:

• Contract procedures
• Advanced Planning in construction
• Advanced risk management
• Executive Development programme (module 1&2)
• Professional management and leadership skills will be an added advantage.
