    Quality and Safety Audit lead 

The Quality and Safety Auditor reports to the Managing Director and has authority and responsibility for the effective implementation, maintenance and day-to-day administration and operation of the SMS throughout the organization. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implementation, maintenance and day-to-day administration and operation the Safety Management System throughout the organisation. 
2. Development and implementation of audit plans on management systems and operational activities.
3. Conducts quality and safety audits.

1. Investigating, analysing and identifying the cause or probable cause of all hazards, incidents, and accidents identified under the SMS;
2. Review the results of corrective actions with respect to hazards, incidents, accidents and audit findings;
3. Monitoring and enforcing organisational compliance with the civil aviation authority regulations;
4. Leadership in management of change across the company
5. Administration of the safety assurance and risk management program and generating safety database, analysis and reports for management information and decision-making on significant safety matters arising from the programs.
6. Providing safety management system training.
7. Carrying out of aviation incident and or accident investigations in liaison with the Civil Aviation Authority.
8. Maintains and update the safety risk register.
9. Participates in budgeting

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least (1) years of aviation experience or any technical background

with any of the following qualification:

1. Diploma in Safety Management /Diploma in Business management
2. A degree in business Management will be an added advantage
