Operations Manager

Water Africa (PTY) Ltd has a vacancy for Operations Manager

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Hospitality Management or Similar.

Personality:

• Energetic and outgoing, to the point, able to work in a team and independently.
• Known for getting the job done and being goal focused.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ in management role;
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hardware and/or retail Management;
• Need to be capable and have experience in managing of a team of 20+ individuals;
• Experience in marketing and selling online;
• Extensive experience in problem solving, organisation, training, and multi-tasking;
• Experience in being on the forefront of client relations, being able to attract new clients and continue relationships with existing;
• Experience in handling complaints;
• Sufficient Computer Knowledge and Experience with Sage Evolution accounting package an advantage.

• Mature and consistent management style.
