Engineering Proposal Specialist and Document Control Manager

Reporting to the Executive Director – Operations and Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and effective service in all aspects of document management systems (DMS), document control, proposals, projects and ISO quality management systems (QMS).

Key tasks include evaluation and preparation of proposal documentation and submission thereof according to required standards and deadlines; administration, control and support of company-wide DMS and document control activities; retention and preparation of ISO documentation; staff supervision and administration.

The successful candidate will interact with internal and external clients, submit relevant reports; keep updated with latest software and maintain all quality and ISO standards.

We require a hands-on, team-orientated person with strong attention to detail and leadership skills who is able to meet deadlines as well as confidently and appropriately assert him/herself, make prudent decisions and effectively solve problems. The role requires a Degree in English language; proficiency in Microsoft Office (2019 and later), Access and Publisher; and 10-15 years post-graduate experience in all aspects of proposal preparation and coordination; as well as document control standards and systems.
