Botswana Agricultural Marketing Board (BAMB) seeks the services of a qualified, innovative, results oriented and self-driven individual for the positions of Head Of Finance.

JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will plan, organize, manage & control the provision of financial management & accounting services to the Board to ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of accounting and financial reports, adequacy of cash flow, optimization of investment income, in order to enhance the efficiency of the Board and facilitate the achievement of the Board’s organizational and business objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience: At least 8 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should have been spent at the Management Accountant and/or Financial Accountant level or equivalent, in a computerized accounting environment- with detailed knowledge of IT systems to enhance quality of financial management & accounting.

Professional Membership: BICA/ACCA/ACA
