PROPOSAL & DOCUMENT CONTROL MANAGER

– Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing templates, coordinating and integrating all project information for tenders and proposals; as well as document control for Head Office and multiple project sites. Essential skills include; team player, results- orientation, and resilience under pressure, attention to detail, planning and organising, sound verbal reasoning, proficiency in MS Word. In additional, the incumbent should be experienced with ISO standards and procedures, and Document Management Systems. He/she should have a Tertiary Qualification, fluent speaker and writer in English language with 10-12 years relevant experience.
