We seek to appoint experienced, skilled, and self-driven individuals with a proven track record as Call Center Agents for our Call Center in Commerce Park, Gaborone.

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for taking customer calls (orders and queries) for all restaurants connected to the Call Center.

Applicants must have the following:

• At least 2 years quick service restaurant or Call Center operations experience
• Fluent in English and Setswana
• Well-spoken and friendly personality
• Passionate about customer service
• Patient and hard-working
• Computer literate
• Must have a phone with Whatsapp
• Must live in Gaborone

Additional Information:

• Working hours will be in line with restaurant working hours
• Candidates must be willing and able to work on weekends and during public holidays
• Candidates who reside outside of Gaborone must have their own transport
