Associate Consultant – Industrial and Organisational Psychology

Job Description

The role has a focus on client employee assessments, performance coaching, leadership development, alignment of the individual to the organisation, and promotion of client work-life balance. When there are no projects the role shifts to sales, business development and account management to nurture and bring in the next project. The role has the following responsibilities:

• To reveal the unique strengths of individuals by enabling them to bring their most authentic and inspired selves to work and to life every day
• Assist staff with issues of lowered workplace engagement, productivity, meaning and stress, amongst other challenges at work today
• Help individuals identify who they are when at their best and assist them with the qualities and strengths that make them different and how they can utilise these qualities in order to drive up their confidence, engagement with work, productivity and build better relationships with colleagues.
• Coach and assist people find their purpose in life, turn dreams and ideas into reality, live a balanced life, identify new habits and create the lifestyle they desire
• Analyze job roles/ responsibilities to establish and recommend learning/ career paths, training, and other related personnel functions/ development channels
• Assess and analyse organizational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency to make recommendations for performance improvement.
• Facilitate organizational development, change and transformation using best practice organizational maturity models
• Conduct presentations on business analysis findings, research and on our products, solutions and business interventions for clients.
• Review and regularly share research literature to remain current on psychological science issues as well as national, regional, and global business trends.
• Develop new business by attracting potential clients, making sales/ marketing presentations, preparing proposals, and conferring with clients to exchange information
