INTERN – MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER

i-Com (Pty) Ltd requires the services of a qualified candidate for an Internship position in our Marketing department as a Trainee Account Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mam job responsibility will be to market and sell products and services offered by the company and customer relationship management.

Summary of tasks:

• Marketing and Sales initiatives.
• Analysis of customer requirements.
• Solution proposals for customer requirements.
• Project Management on proposed solutions.
• Customer relationship management.
• Maintaining and updating CRM database
• Manage Service and Maintenance Contracts.
• Communicate with customers on contractual matters and maintain contractual records.
• Maintain a database of signed contracts and promote contract visibility, awareness and understanding
• Marketing and $ales promotional activities and managing campaigns on social media.
• Assist in managing Social Media accounts
• Liaise and network with various stakeholders including customers, colleagues, supplies and partner organisations.
