Facility Supervisor

Meats & Treats is looking for a qualified, vibrant & motivated individual to supervise
the operational and organisational standards of our facility (Based in Gaborone).

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Oversee the current staff portfolio
• Create business strategies to attract new customers
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met at all times
• Preparing reports (month end, weekly, buying trends etc)
• Be up to date with market prices (including seasonal price changes of livestock)
• Administrative duties such as updating financial records, invoicing, monitoring inventory levels
• Must be able to attend to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Be an all-rounder who is willing to assist in all aspects of the business when needed

Requirements:

• Holds a degree in Business Management, Accounting or other relevant field
• Motswana or holds relevant paperwork
• Leadership qualities and skills
• Minimum of 2 years work experience. Experience in a leadership role would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate – must be able to use excel
