Operations Scheduler

Job Description

• Interaction with clients in a professional manner.
• Planning, scheduling and closing of work orders for Skip, compactor, water & sewage bousers & clinical waste trucks
• Coordinating & monitoring safe and efficient transport of solid waste, including household, industrial, infectious, medical, and household hazardous materials as per work scheduled.
• Responsible for Monitoring equipment maintenance and liaising with workshop for scheduling for repairs
• Responsible for ensuring that all licenses, payments for disposal and any related hindrances are in place to avoid delays in work
• Monitoring that all waste management procedures and laws are followed
• Responsible for producing daily performance and activity reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in business management
• Class B drivers license
• Strictly reserved for Botswana citizens only

3 Year Fixed Term Contract.
