Store Manager

We are looking for a Manager with a proven track record to lead, motivate and manage the team.

As Manager, you will facilitate the team’s performance and ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptonal product quality and service. The role requires a highly industrious individual who will ensure high standards of hygiene, brand compliance as well as statutory regulations while keeping an eye on day to day operatons.

Critical to this role is sound experience in franchise operatons with deep knowledge of the fast food environment locally or regionally. This experience MUST be at management level. You must have some training in hospitality management, catering or equivalent, be it formal or at least a minimum of 10 years’ on the job experience in a fast food environment, 5 of which should have been at a managerial level. Knowledge of the Aura Software System will be an added advantage.
