Business development strategy and product promotion
Implementation of business expansion projects
Client services and development of sales portfolios
Oversight of distribution and merchandizing functions
Warehouse management and dispatch processes
Technical guidance and staff productivity in the manufacturing process
Logistics and fleet management
Training of distribution, Sales and merchandizing staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Senior managerial level experience with a least 15 years in FMCG industry
Experience in retail branch set up and expansion projects.
Knowledge of technical production processes, staff productivity and training.
Extensive knowledge in the IT field is essential.
