Golden Eagle International Secondary School in Francistown invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates for an exciting career opportunity as Business Development Officer.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and manage the school’s business growth, maximization of revenue generation opportunities through the development and implementation of the school’s marketing, sales, advertising, communications, public relations, customer relations and brand management strategies and activities aimed at increasing customer base (student enrolments) and customer experience as well as promoting the school’s brand image and market positioning.

Position Requirement

To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field with Five (5) years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a student recruitment environment. Proven track record in identifying and securing new business is desired.
