Finance & Administration Manager – SmartSwitch Botswana

•     Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

•     Develop financial and tax strategies

•     Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

•     Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction

2.  Operations

•     Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management teams

•     Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team

•     Lead the Accounting & Admin Teams

•     Oversee all External and Internal audits

3.   Financial Reporting

•     Oversee the issuance of financial information, including reporting of monthly management reports.

4.   Risk Management

•     Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile

•     Construct and monitor reliable control systems

•     Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

•     Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

5.  Administration

• Oversee Human Resource functions of the company

• Administer all company Rental leases and sub-leases

• Administer company fleet

•    Vision and strategic thinking

•    Decision making

•    Networking and relationship management

•    Developing and empowering others

•    Human Resource experience

•    Financial awareness

•    Team leadership
