Job Description
We are looking for an assertive, mature, and result-driven individual in the sales department.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is willing to work their way up to the top. The candidate should be – reliable, energetic, self-supervised, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. The outstanding individual who consistently delivers on their KPI’s and aligns with the company strategy will have an opportunity of joining the company on a full time position.
Core Responsibilities:
-Establish relationships with new customers.
-Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
-Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business in all service categories offered.
-Possess in-depth product knowledge, learn about new products and services as they come in and be able to conduct demos.
-Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
-Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
-Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
Requirements:
– Diploma /Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
-An experience in media sales is an added advantage
-Ability to take initiative and work independently.
-Exceptional organizational skills.
