Subject Matter Expert/Tutor

Desired Candidate Profile

A Subject Matter Expert or Tutor is a vital source of knowledge, capability, or expertise in their respective field.

The Expert/Tutor functions as the organizational representative for his/her knowledge area and applies his/her expertise to support the strategic direction of the organization. He/she should be capable and willing to work on core subjects.

The candidate must be

• Excellent in communication skills, both oral and written
• Having a good hands knowledge on their respective fields
• Proficient with Computers.
• Deadline oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing and able to work within a team

Roles And Responsibilities

• Authoring Solutions for advanced questions from textbooks
• Online answering of questions posted by students
• Quality review of solutions given by internal and external answerers
• Provision of less than 5% plagiarism model answers to clients
• Content feedback, guidance, and online tutoring
• Work on domain-specific Ad-hoc Projects

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters (preferably) degree or equivalent in Education, Finance, Sociology, Computer science, Business, Psychology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Freshers / Faculty (0- 3 years Experience) – anyone with strong subject knowledge can apply.
