A newly formed higher education institution in Gaborone requires the following personnel:

IT MANAGER

IT Manager to supervise and set up the IT system for the Institute

• Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and

regulations

• In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
• A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
• Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decisionmaking skills
• Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritisation

Requirements and Skills

1. 5 years experience in the relevant field, atleast 2 years in Managerial Level
2. Degree in IT with software development
