Front Office Manger / Site Manager

Our Client in the catering and Facilities Management industry is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire housekeeping function including laundry and grounds.

Job Details

• Responsible for staff rostering.
• Managing employee output.
• Responsible for housekeeping, laundry and property appearance.
• Handling complaints and resolving them.
• Has experience working in a busy, high-demand environment

Skills & Qualifications

• The successful candidate must be able to manage personnel effectively.
• Schedule employee shift rotations.
• Must be detailed orientated.
• Good organisation skills and Excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and must be a team player.
• Must be self motivated and should be able to work with little to no supervision.
• Computer Literate.
• Excellent Social Skills
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management
• 6 Years + experience with good references
• Must be eligible to work in Botswana

General Conditions

• Shift Rotation
• 4 day Off rotations
• 24 month contract
• Salary between P9000 and P10000 per month depending on experience.
• Remote Location
• Onsite accommodation and meals whilst on shift.
