ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POSITION OF
COORDINATOR (CEO)
The Boiteko Trust is a Serowe-based community Trust with the aims and Objectives of employment creation and community development. The Trust is seeking to employ a Coordinator (CEO) to oversee the overall management and development of the Trust.
Key responsibilities:
⦁ The overall management of the Trust.
⦁ To develop and implement the strategies to achieve the objectives of the Trust together with the Board of Trustees.
⦁ To manage and supervise all employees of the Trust.
⦁ To work with the local community and the local government authorities.
Requirements:
⦁ Experience in management, with NGO experience an added advantage.
⦁ Experience in working with communities and local authorities.
⦁ Experience in enterprise development and promotion.
⦁ Experience in employment creation.
⦁ Experience in community development.
⦁ A Degree in Social Sciences relevant to the above requirement.
⦁ Must be self-driven and motivated.
⦁ Must not have a criminal record.
Salary: P 180,000.00 pa.
Benefits: Medical aid 50%, Housing allowance.
