The successful candidate will be based in the Delta. Minimum relevant Diploma / Degree and at least 5 years experience in food and beverage. Very strong administrative, management, computer, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must also be able to prove skills in menu planning and budgeting, stock control, kitchen management, and operations, food presentation, staff management, and guest communications. A strong health and safety background is a must
