Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Director at Competence Life Insurance (Pty) Ltd in Gaborone, Botswana.
Main Purpose of the Job: Oversee, and coordinate all project management activities and strategies.

Duties:

•Team Management and Conflict Resolution
⦁ Supervising Daily Operations and managing the performance of the Business
⦁ Motivating Agents and teaching them about all our products
⦁ Creating and implementing policies that allow us to function efficiently
⦁ Creating marketing Strategies
⦁ Identifying Risks and coming up with mitigating policies
•Team Building
⦁ Creating and implementing strategies for the acquisition and retention of business
⦁ Ensuring policyholders are given options
⦁ Company growth and increase company earnings

Qualification & Experience

⦁ At least a Diploma in Insurance qualification plus 12 years’ experience. The candidate must be well-versed in the insurance industry.
⦁ A degree in Mathematics or Statistics will be an added advantage
