Our company is looking for a Finance Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA in Accounting/ Finance
CIMA Accredited

EXPERIENCE

2 – 4 years experience in accounting and financial analysis.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

⦁ Assist in the preparation of budgets for the respective functions and companies.
⦁ Conduct reconciliation transactions on a daily monthly and yearly basis.
⦁ Develop in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.
⦁ Resolve financial disputes raised by customer service.
⦁ Support the executive team with projects and tasks.
⦁ Oversee the finance department.
⦁ Track the company’s financial position and identify areas for potential improvements.
⦁ Identify ways to minimize financial risks to the company.
⦁ Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
⦁ Complete financial reports, and complete monthly financial forecasts.
⦁ Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the companies.
⦁ Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
⦁ Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
