Bokomo Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a leading producer of wheat, maize, sorghum and sugar products (White Star Super Maize Meal, Bokomo Flour, Champion Sorghum Meal and Pure Sugar). The locally manufactured products and an extensive basket of FMCG products are distributed throughout Botswana from its premises in Gaborone. These include well-known brands like Weet-Bix, Bokomo Cornflakes, Spekko Rice, Ceres, Liqui-fruit and Fruitree beverages, Wellington Sauces, FutureLife, Safari range of Dried Fruits and Nuts and Salads, Moirs, Simba snacks etc

THE JOB:
Ensure that all boiler-making work is done in line with agreed standards. Ensure all sewing machines are fully operational, and there are always 3 spare machines serviced and ready. Make up all piping, chutes and spouting that are necessary to maintain the highest housekeeping standards in the plant. Assist with general maintenance on the plant as and when required.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified trade in Boiler making; Previous work experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous; Self-supervision; Assertive and Team player.
Remuneration and benefits will be market-related.
