POSITION: SECRETARY

ImageDuties/Responsibilities:

⦁ Provide higlr-level administrative support and assistance
⦁ Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, refxxts. and other documents
⦁ Scliedules and attends meetings. taking rotes and recording minutes.
⦁ Receives incoming communication or niemos/eviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents
⦁ Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supiiies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
