LEGAL & BOARD SECRETARY

We are looking for you, the brightest mind to join our team to drive the achievement of the business mandate.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you shall ensure a companv’s complete compliance with Statutory, Regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of Corporate Governance as well as providing a legal advise to the company. You shall also provide secretarial services to the Board of Directors and act as a point of communication for the Board of Directors, Executive Management, and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Laws Degree
• Admitted as an Attorney and membership of the Law Society of Botswana
• At least 8 years post qualification legal experience, 5 of which was gained working in a medium to large sized organisation
• Experience in insurance industry and CIS qualification will be an added advantage
