3G Mobile Bots is an Authorised Distributor of mobile devices, accessories, laptops, Tablets & wearables for Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Packard Bell, Lenovo, Vivo, Hurricane, HI -Sense, ITel, OPPO and Tecno.

Purpose of the position

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Officer responsibilities will include receiving stock, storing stock, picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatching of orders as well as planning and monitoring of driver routes. The successful candidate will also be required to operate a vehicle to transport goods to and from specified destinations according to a relevant schedule and instructions. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

1. Oversee receiving and processing of incoming stock.
2. Picking and managing outgoing stock.
3. Administrative duties associated with inventory management.
4. Driving

Core Functions

• Checks stock when OEM delivers and packs into relevant Bins after GRV.
• Picks, invoices, and dispatches stock.
• Prepares waybills/manifests for stock dispatched via courier.
• Prepares Distribution sheet for drivers to do deliveries.
• Checks PODs for deliveries done by drivers.
• Goods receiving & capturing on SAP.
• Checking stock thoroughly to ensure physical stock and invoice match.
• Preparing or transferring stock for Roadshows.
• Filing.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Driving duties with related administrative tasks
• Inspection and maintenance of roadworthiness of vehicle.

Knowledge, skills and experience

Minimum qualification required:

• High school diploma
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Valid PRDP Licence will be an added advantage. –

Knowledge/experience required beyond minimum qualification:

• Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Operations/Warehousing environment
• Minimum 2-5 year’s driving experience of company vehicle
