BAR MANAGER VACCANCY

The Stanbic Bank Gaborone Golf Club is looking for a young, experienced and vibrant individual to take over the Bar Manager Position at our Golf Club. In this position, the bar manager will play a key role in handling day to day operations of the bar and staff. Maintain a fun and safe environment for the customers. In addition to that, you will supervise, train and schedule employee routines. You will also ensure all health and safety procedures are met, and contribute to the overall success of the Club.

Bar Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Create and enforce policies to ensure the bar runs smoothly
• Maintain inventory level and order supplies
• Complete admin tasks related to the position
• Keep relevant and accurate daily to monthly financial reports
• Manager bar operations
• Client relationship management

Requirements
• Have outstanding organizational skills to attend to+ various demands of a busy establishment and work well under pressure
• 2 years’ experience in a similar field
• Have an accounting background
• Communicate clearly with staff
• Be able to keep club management informed
