Administrative Intern

Job Description

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
• Manage schedules and calendars for executives or teams, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate parties or providing information as needed., drafting emails, memos, and other written communications on behalf of their supervisors.
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Assisting in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events; preparing agendas, distributing materials, booking venues, taking minutes etc.
• Data entry tasks, inputting information accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems and maintaining organized records and assist in generating reports as and when needed.
• Travel Arrangements; booking and or organizing transport and accommodation.
• Assisting in preparation of documents, presentations, and reports, often using Microsoft Office Suite. This may involve formatting, proofreading, and ensuring the final product meets professional standards.
• Invoice processing
• Identifying and resolving routine operational issues
• Keeping the office area packed and clean
