Accounts Clerk

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.  

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide support for audits and tax filings.

Requirements:

• Fully or part-qualified AAT, ACCA/CIMA Qualifications
• Proven 2-3 years plus work experience as an Accounts Clerk.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software packages (QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Accurate efficient and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed.

Remuneration: P5000.00 P/M
