EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CONSULTANT
Consultant (Level 2)
Alexander Forbes Financial Services Botswana (Pty) Ltd is inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Employee Benefit Consultant. The individual will join a team reporting to the Principal Consultant.

The role

To consult to the participating employers or Boards of Trustees, assist in the daily managing and logistical control of the client portfolio allocated to you, to co-ordinate and facilitate between departments, Fund service providers with the ultimate objective of providing overall assistance and backup to the senior consultants.

•Facilitating and co-coordinating internal departments
Interested candidates will need to demonstrate the following: Qualifications/ Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
•Minimum of 2 years’ financial services industry experience. Experience in Retirement Funds Consulting will be an added advantage.

•Solve problems
•Analyse information and recommend best solution from a range of alternative solutions
•Must have a good working knowledge of the business
•Computer literacy – Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
