About Us: Team Agencies is the sole distributor for Motul Lubricants in Botswana, offering high-quality lubricant solutions across the country. We are committed to providing exceptional service and products to our customers.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with extensive knowledge of the lubricant sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base throughout Botswana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lubricant sector.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to customers regarding Motul oil products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the lubricant industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to represent Team Agencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant or automotive industry.
• Extensive knowledge of lubricants, their applications, and the lubricant market in Botswana.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Botswana.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has significant industry experience.
