Sales and Business Development Consultant
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, determined and experienced Sales and Business Development Consultant to join our growing team! You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving advertising sales and managing client relationships. A background in advertising sales is essential, and experience in working with Out-Of-Home (OOH) media will be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

» Create compelling, relevant and innovative proposals for prospective clients
» Engage with Tiki Media advertising partners to ensure that proposals are aligned with objectives and the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the partnerships
» Identify and target potential clients and convert to active and regular business
» Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in various sectors
» Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
» Negotiate and close advertising deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties involved
» Provide clients and advertising partners with regular updates on contract performance and deliver reports

Qualifications and Skills required

» Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, preferably in a field related to Marketing, Communications and Business Management
» Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
» Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills
» Commendable work ethic with a high level of integrity, responsiveness and being detail-oriented
» Fast learner who is willing to adapt to new challenges in generating business
» Demonstrate ability to navigate a fast-paced Agency environment
» Self-starter who is driven to reach set targets with a great follow through
» Strong networking capabilities and ability to work independently
» Great team player who is willing to collaborate with other team members to achieve better results for both client work and Tiki Media team building activities
