ACCOUNTANT /BOOKKEEPER – TriOptimum Logistics

To provide functional Accounts/ Administration Service in line with TriOptimum Logistics policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
 5 years post qualification experience in Admin Accounts/Bookkeeping environment.
 BICA Membership
 Proficiency in MS office suite.
 Valid Driver’s License.

KEY ACTIVITIES
 PAYE and VAT returns
 Daily cash deposits, complete and forward to the bookkeeper-Head Office.
 Check, verify and process Payable invoices (File related/GL related), subsequently deliver to respective payable.
 Maintain record keeping on all receivable/payables
 Follow up on all overdue receivables
 Petty cash(distribution,reconciliation,record keeping)
 Filling documents.
 Up keeping good relationship with partners, clients, and authorities.
 Training of new employees and trainees.
 Maintain a high degree client satisfaction.
 Compiling all accounts related issues.
 Execute any other duties reasonably related to job as allocated by Line Supervisor’s or higher Authority.
