Vacancy 

Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC), a statutory corporation in the Property Development and Estates Management business invites applicants who are suitably qualified and have relevant experience for the following positions:
Southern Region (Molepolole) = 1 Position
Southern Region (Gaborone) = 3 Positions
Northern Region (Francistown) = 1 Position
Northern Region (Kasane) = 1 Position

Main Purpose of the job

To plan, organise and coordinate the leasing and/or sale of BHC properties in accordance with laid down policies and procedures to optimise occupancy level, minimize rent arrears, and achieve budgetary and sales targets and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Property or Estates Management or related fields
• Professional Membership of a recognised real estate institute
• Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in property or estates management or related field
