GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Bank of Botswana

(a) Main Purpose of the Job

To support the Bank’s digital communications strategy through the coordination, development and design of platforms reports and newsletters as well as production of multimedia content for various digital platforms to promote a positive image for the Bank.

(b) Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Multimedia. Graphic Design, Digital Communications. Publishing. Media. Journalism. Communication. Public Relations, or related discipline, plus five (5) years post qualification as a graphic designer OR Bachelors Degree in Multimedia. Graphic Design, Digital Communications. Publishing. Media. Journalism, Communication. Public Relations, or related discipline 2 (two) years post qualification experience.

(c) Duties

• Timely delivery of all design work and immediate response to cross-functional Departmental creative designs.
• Effective implementation of creative briefs.
• Hgh quality creative designs on an the Bank’s publications, social media, website and intranet
• Use of data and metrices to measure the performance of the Bank’s content and craft remedial strategies
