Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the front office, including reception, concierge, and reservations.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and working closely with the guest relations manager.
• Manage and train front office staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and control front office expenditures within budget guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft, Opera, and Eres systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
