SITE MANAGER – Klaus Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic construction team in Botswana. The successful candidate will oversee all on site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all activities are execut as per project plans and specifications.

•   Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
•   Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
•   Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
•   Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
•   Ensure site documentation is accurate and up to date.
•   Identify and address any potential issues that could affect project timelines or budgets.
•   Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards.

Requirements:

•   Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
•   Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry (f years).
•   Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•   Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OH regulations.
•   Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
•   Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
•   Valid driver’s license.
