Our Client, a safari lodge in Botswana’s Ngoma region, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served to the highest standards.
• Handle customer feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, placing orders for food and beverage supplies, and controlling costs.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate service and ensure a seamless experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized dining area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, along with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Benefits:
