SALES ASSOCIATES – Options

Purpose

The Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers and help customers find merchandise and purchase products in a store

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Informing customers of sales and promotions within the store.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed

Minimum Requirements & Experience

• Form 3(JCE) and Form 5 (BGCSE)
• Certificate in Sales and Marketing Advanced customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience dealing with customers.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing
• Proven knowledge and expertise with the industry or products sold by the company.
